No refund requests will be entertained on the "Change of Mind".

3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary materials and information required for the execution of services.
- Ensure that all provided materials are owned by the client or have appropriate permissions for use.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees for services are due as per the agreed schedule in the contract.

5. Intellectual Property

- Any request for a refund must be submitted within 90 days from the project initiation date.
- Requests submitted after 90–120 days from the start of the project will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
9.2 Assessment of Dissatisfaction
- If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they must notify us in writing within the eligible refund period.
- The request will be reviewed along with the project scope, deliverables completed, and communication history.
9.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
- If dissatisfaction is reported after 90–120 days from the project initiation date.
- If the project has progressed substantially and deliverables have been provided.
- If delays occur due to the client's lack of communication, delayed approvals, or failure to provide required materials.
9.4 Partial Refund Consideration
- In cases where a refund request is submitted within the eligible period and approved, any refund issued will be adjusted based on the work completed, resources allocated, and services already delivered.
10. Amendments
- Urban Publishing Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
11. Governing Law
